Sam Hulance started their work experience in 2008 as a Web Developer at BT Fresca. Sam delivered customized technical work for high profile clients and collaborated closely with clients, designers, and external partners. In 2012, they joined Bazaarvoice as an Implementation Engineer, where they integrated Bazaarvoice solutions into clients' ecommerce channels and managed the technical relationship with clients. In 2014, they became a Senior Implementation Engineer, leading API-based projects and initiatives, as well as training and mentoring new engineers. In 2015, they transitioned into a Technical Account Manager role, and in 2016, they became a Technical Services Lead, where they developed and delivered a custom API solution and managed technical partnerships with external agencies.

Sam Hulance attended Harlington Upper School, where they studied music, history, physics, and maths.
