Shelly Drouin

Shelly Drouin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Shelly worked at Bazaarvoice from 2016 to present, starting as a Senior Workforce Ops Specialist and later transitioning to roles such as Associate Business Strategy Consultant, Account Manager for Content Acquisition Services, and currently, as a Senior Account Manager for CAS. Prior to their time at Bazaarvoice, Shelly was the Franchise Owner of StrollerFit, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they held the position of Vertical Operations Manager at Citysearch.com from 1996 to 2002.

Shelly Drouin attended The University of Texas at Austin from 1992 to 1996. Shelly obtained their Bachelor's degree in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations.
