Simone Alaniz has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Simone began their career in 1997 as a Credit Manager at Impact Floors, where they worked until 1998. Simone then moved on to Weben Jarco in 1999, where they served as a Credit Manager until 2000. From 2001 to 2002, Simone worked as an Accounting Assistant at Nicol Scales & Measurement. In 2003, they joined FFE Transportation Services as an Accounting Clerk until 2005.

Simone then transitioned into the field of Quality Rating at Lionbridge from 2007 to 2011, before joining Delta Air Lines as a Customer Experience Specialist from 2013 to 2014. In the same year, they began their role as a Catalog Operations Analyst at Bazaarvoice, where they worked until 2017. From 2017 to 2019, Simone was a Configuration Analyst at Bazaarvoice, after which they were promoted to the position of Network Success Manager in 2019.

Simone also has extensive experience at Deluxe Entertainment Services, where they worked from 2008 to the present as a Metadata Writer/Reviewer. Throughout their career, Simone has proven their versatility in various roles within the accounting, customer service, quality rating, and operations fields.

Simone Alaniz has earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Business Management from Dallas College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Management and Supervisor from Dallas College's Cedar Valley Campus in May 2013 and May 2012 respectively.
