Srini Basava has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Srini started their career as a Systems Specialist at the University of South Florida in 1994. Srini then joined IBM in 1997, where they served as a Software Analyst Lead and Customer Liaison, leading the configuration and release management team and managing client interactions. In 2000, Srini joined Capital One as a Senior Manager and Architect, responsible for software product development, business continuity, and disaster recovery strategies. At Yodlee Infotech Pvt Ltd, they worked as a Director of Engineering from 2009 to 2010. From 2010 to 2014, they served as a Group Dev Manager and Product Development Leader at Intuit. Srini later joined [24]7.ai in 2014, where they held the position of Sr. Director of Product Development, responsible for building scalable enterprise SaaS platforms and leading various teams. In 2017, Srini joined PTC as Vice President of R&D and India Site Leader, before moving to their current role as Vice President and Head of Product Development & India Site Leader at Bazaarvoice in 2019. Throughout their career, Srini has demonstrated expertise in product development, engineering, leadership, and strategic planning.

Srini Basava has a strong educational background with multiple degrees in the field of Engineering. Srini earned their Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Andhra University, where they studied from 1990 to 1994. Srini then pursued their Master's degree in Engineering at the University of South Florida, attending from 1994 to 1996. Srini also holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering from the same institution during the same period. Later, they furthered their education by obtaining an MBA in Executive Management from Virginia Commonwealth University, where they studied from 2003 to 2005.
