Manager, Customer Success at Bazaarvoice

Wes Lawrence has extensive work experience in customer success and account management roles. Wes is currently working as a Manager of Customer Success at Bazaarvoice since February 2021. Prior to that, Wes worked at Dropbox as a Sr. Lead in Customer Success from March 2020 to January 2021, where they managed customer success teams and drove adoption, retention, upsell, and cross-sell for over 1200 customers in North America and Latin America.

Before joining Dropbox, Wes held various roles at Khoros, including Director of Customer Success from March 2019 to March 2020, where they created a scaled customer success program and navigated the program through an acquisition and merger. Wes also served as a Manager of Customer Success from March 2018 to March 2020, Senior Customer Partner from February 2016 to March 2018, and Customer Partner from April 2014 to February 2016 at Khoros, where they coordinated customer success activities with sales and renewals teams.

Prior to Khoros, Wes worked at Dell as a Manager of Account Management/Renewals from April 2012 to April 2014, and as an Account Manager/Product Specialist on the Renewals Team from April 2008 to August 2012. Wes also briefly worked at MessageOne as an Account Manager in March 2008, Small World Labs as an Account Manager/Project Manager from August 2007 to March 2008, GSD&M as an Assistant Media Planner from June 2005 to August 2007, and Maddox Sports - Memphis RiverKings as a Media Relations Assistant from January 2003 to May 2005, where they assisted with research, content creation, and media relations.

Wes Lawrence pursued their Bachelor of the Arts degree in English Literature & Language from Rhodes College between the years 2001 and 2005.
