Duane Kaufman

Duane Kaufman is an experienced research engineer currently leading projects at bb7 product development since August 2013, with a focus on engineering technical leadership, project management, and product development across diverse industries including medical devices and industrial systems. Prior experience includes serving as Manufacturing and Quality Director at Agilent Technologies, where Duane addressed technical bottlenecks in product development, and as Director of Manufacturing and Quality at BioSystem Development, establishing a comprehensive Quality System. Previous roles also encompass significant contributions to manufacturing processes at Imago Scientific Instruments and GE Healthcare Lunar, where Duane specialized in automation, quality assurance, and implementation of innovative production systems. Duane holds a Master of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a BA in Physics and Math from Cornell College.
