Dahizé Ortiz

Dahizé Ortiz is an Industrial Psychologist and HR Business Partner specializing in recruitment and organizational development. They served as an HR Analyst at Danielcom Equipment Supply in 2023, where they focused on recruitment, policy updates, and structural organization. Dahizé also contributed to training coordination at CONQUITO Agencia de Promoción Económica in 2022 and held leadership roles in HR management at BBA Agencia. They completed their degree in Industrial Psychology at Universidad Central del Ecuador in 2022.
