Shaheen Rustom

Shaheen Rustom is currently a Chef d'équipe Rémunération globale at BBA Consultants, where they have been serving as a Senior Advisor Total Compensation since 2019. Prior to this role, Shaheen worked as a Senior Analyst at PSP Investments from 2016 to 2019 and briefly held a similar position at The Master Group. They have also accumulated experience as a Junior Advisor at Dessau and as an Analyst at WSP in Canada from 2014 to 2016. Shaheen earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Mauritius and furthered their education with a Certificat in Relations Industrielles from Université de Montréal, currently pursuing a D.E.S.S in Project Management at UQAM.
