Shanon Lo

Shanon Lo, P.Eng., has accumulated significant experience in electrical engineering through roles at METSCO Energy Solutions and General Motors. As an Engineer in Training at METSCO, Shanon conducted condition assessments of medium voltage equipment, prepared test plans, and utilized advanced techniques for partial discharge troubleshooting. An internship as an Analyst involved high-voltage testing, co-authoring an IEEE conference paper, and developing decision support tools for capital investments. Shanon's earlier experience includes providing IT support at McMaster University and working as a Co-op Student at General Motors, where contributions included modifying PLC logic and designing error-proofing solutions for assembly lines. Shanon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and Management from McMaster University.
