Jen Rowley

Jen Rowley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in continuing education and training, currently serving as the Manager of Continuing Education and Training at BBB National Programs since June 2019. Previously, Jen held the same title at the Council of Better Business Bureau from June 1995 to June 2019. In both roles, Jen contributed to the enhancement of advertising and privacy practices within national industry self-regulation programs, focusing on third-party accountability and dispute resolution services to foster a fair marketplace for businesses and improve consumer experiences.
