Katherine Armstrong is an experienced attorney with a background in government regulatory affairs and consumer protection. With over 30 years of experience, Katherine worked at the Federal Trade Commission from July 1984 to November 2014, where leadership in investigations and policy-making related to FCRA was demonstrated, including contributions to the report "Data Brokers: A Call for Transparency and Accountability." Katherine held counsel positions at Hogan Lovells and Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, specializing in government regulatory practices, before serving as Deputy Director for the National Advertising Division at BBB National Programs since December 2020.
