Brandon E. Chrostowski is a distinguished leader in the culinary and non-profit sectors, currently serving as a Board Member for both the Better Business Bureau and the Anti-Defamation League. As the Founder, President, and CEO of EDWINS Leadership & Restaurant Institute since 2007, Brandon has dedicated efforts to empower formerly incarcerated individuals through culinary arts and hospitality management, initiating specialized programming in correctional facilities. Previous experience includes managing operations at L'Albatros Brasserie and Chanterelle, as well as culinary roles in various prestigious establishments.
