David Arcila has extensive experience in educational administration and operations. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at the Better Business Bureau since November 2015, David has also held roles as Vice President of Administration, Training & Standards, and Director of Administration and Training. Prior to this, David worked at Palm Beach County School District as a Community Language Facilitator from August 2013 to October 2015, providing support to English Language Learner parents and students. Additionally, experience as an Enrichment Specialist for OIC of South Florida involved delivering academic and personal enrichment activities to students. Earlier career experience includes working as an Assistant Manager at Walgreens, where David underwent comprehensive retail management training. David holds a Master of Science in Adult Education and Human Resource Development and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Florida International University.
