Melora Bentz

Melora Bentz is an accomplished mediator and attorney with extensive experience in conflict resolution and criminal defense. They served as an Assistant Public Defender and later as an Employment & Labor Litigator for the U.S. Postal Service before founding several ventures, including Middle Path Mediation, LLC, where they help organizations enhance their workplace culture. Currently, Melora conducts mediations for the Colorado Judicial Branch and serves as a Restorative Justice Facilitator with The Conflict Center. They are also an active board member at Colorado Humanities and chair the Equity, Diversity & Inclusion Committee of the ADR Section of the Colorado Bar Association.
