Paul Shephard

Paul Shephard has over two decades of experience in business relations, currently working with the Better Business Bureau since November 2002, focusing on the recruitment of new Accredited Businesses and retention efforts for current members. Prior to this role, Paul served as a B to B Account Representative at Sprint Nextel from April 2001 to November 2002 and gained extensive experience as an Airline Pilot - Captain at Horizon Air from July 1984 to March 2001. Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota, completing the degree in 1980.
