Sandra Bowden

Sandra Bowden currently serves as the Director of Community Relations for the Better Business Bureau in the Greater Quad City Area, a position held since January 2017. Previously, Sandra was the Director of Operations at Guardian Family Care from May 2000 to January 2014, where responsibilities included human resources, accounting, payroll for 200 employees, and marketing. Additionally, Sandra held the role of Director of Economic Development & Tourism at the LeClaire Chamber of Commerce from June 1994 to January 2000, where a significant accomplishment was the development and implementation of the Certified Economic Preparedness Program to foster city growth, along with assistance in TIF applications for business development.
