Steven McFarland

Steven McFarland currently serves as President and CEO of the Better Business Bureau, a position held since 2012. Prior to this role, Steven held various significant positions, including Strategy, Brand & Intelligence at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited from 2003 to 2012, and Global Managing Director at Orsus Solutions USA, Inc. from 2000 to 2003. Steven is also the founder of McFarland Investigations, where involvement spanned from 1990 to 2000. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the USC Marshall School of Business, as well as studies at Bowling Green State University.
