Aaron Moses

Aaron Moses is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as the Software Engineering Team Lead for the Audience Data Team at BBC since January 2010. In addition to this role, Moses is a member of the BBC Enigma steering group, supporting neurodivergent staff. Moses contributes to the Senior Leadership Team as an SLT Adviser, providing unique perspectives for decision-making and strategic direction. Previous roles include Technical Team Lead and Principal Software Engineer, focusing on Java and AWS microservices. Moses is also active in the disabled members network committee for BECTU, supporting initiatives for disabled members. Prior experience includes positions at Redeye, FKI Logistex, and IBM, following a BSc in Natural Sciences from the University of Bath.
