Aimee Minns

Aimee Minns is currently the Head of Organisational Strategies at BBC, focusing on organisation transformation, operating model design, and talent strategy. Previously, Aimee served as a Senior Manager in Human Capital at Deloitte and as a Managing Consultant at IBM Australia Global Business Services. Aimee's earlier roles included an Investigations Officer at the Energy and Water Ombudsman NSW and a Customer Service Officer at National Australia Bank. Aimee also volunteered as a Program Ambassador for 40K Foundation. Aimee holds a Bachelor of Business (Hons) and a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Technology, Sydney.
