Aisha Shaheed

Aisha Shaheed is a change maker based in London, with extensive international experience across the private, public, and non-profit sectors. They have dedicated 15 years to managing people and programs through organizational change, delivering impactful projects in cultural heritage, UK central government, and women's human rights. Currently serving as the HR Change Lead at the BBC, Aisha also shares the CEO role at Barker Langham, where they guide the organization’s growth and development. Aisha has held various positions, including Managing Director and Non-Executive Director, and has contributed to significant human rights initiatives and projects throughout their career. They are pursuing a Master's Degree in History at McGill University, building on their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Toronto.
