Alison Winter

Alison Winter is the Head of Insight and a certified End of Life Companion, currently in training as an End of Life Doula. They have a strong passion for understanding people and compassion for their experiences throughout life. Alison has held various significant positions across both commercial and public service sectors, including roles such as Head of Audience Insight at RadioCentre and multiple leadership positions at the BBC, where they oversaw audience research for radio and education. They earned a 1.1 degree in Classics from the University of Nottingham.
