Andy Jones

Andy Jones possesses extensive experience in the animation industry, currently serving as a Director at BBC since January 2019. Previously, Andy held the position of Animation Supervisor for major projects such as "The Lion King" and "The Jungle Book" at The Walt Disney Studios from November 2016 to November 2019 and April 2014 to February 2016, respectively. Additional roles include Animation Consultant for "World War Z" at Paramount Pictures and various Animation Director positions at leading studios, including Weta Digital for "Avatar" and Sony Pictures Imageworks for "Superman Returns." Andy began a career in animation with significant contributions at Square USA on "Final Flight of the Osiris" and "Final Fantasy," with earlier experience at Centropolis Effects on "Godzilla." Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Design from UCLA, obtained from 1991 to 1995.
