Anna Shackleton is the HR Director for BBC Content, a role they have held since 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Senior International HR Business Partner and Interim HR Director at the BBC, after beginning their career as a Lead HR Business Partner for BBC Studios. Anna earned a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature with Spanish from The University of Hull and a Master of Laws in Employment Law from Middlesex University. They completed their secondary education at Our Ladys High School in Lancaster.
