Ben Kerry is currently the Head of UK Policy at the BBC, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, Ben served in various senior roles at HM Treasury, including leading the policy and analysis team for the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme, as well as working on European finances. They also held key positions at the Department for Business, Innovation and Skills, notably as Assistant Director during the Steel Crisis and as a lead economist on low pay and the National Minimum Wage. Ben earned a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Politics from the University of East Anglia and a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham.
