Ben Ross

Ben Ross is a seasoned startup and small business leadership coach who currently serves as the founding coach at We Coach, You Grow, where they focus on helping startups achieve their growth potential. Ben trained with the BBC's internal coach foundation and holds an MA in Philosophy from the University of Cambridge. Previously, Ben held leadership roles including Head of Acquisitions at TVF International and editor roles at BBC Worldwide and Which?, and has advised companies on digital content strategies since 2008. Throughout their career, Ben has been involved in numerous creative and strategic projects within the media sector, including work with major broadcasters and content producers.
