Cai Wilshaw

Cai Wilshaw is an experienced professional currently serving as Associate Director at Hawthorn Advisors since January 2025 and a member of the Board of Trustees at Amgueddfa Cymru – National Museum Wales since April 2021. Cai has contributed to the BBC since August 2015 and managed the Betfair account as Account Director at Hound from March 2024 to November 2024, achieving over 3,000 pieces of coverage in eight months and writing more than 35,000 words for the Betting. Betfair blog in October 2024. Previously, Cai held multiple roles at Economist Impact, including Senior Programming & Content Editor and Senior Editor & Head of Event Content. Experience also includes serving as Director for UK and Europe at The Action Exchange and various positions at TNW, including Senior Producer and Event Producer. Cai's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Classical and Ancient Studies from the University of Oxford, completed in 2016.
