Caitlin Smith

Caitlin Smith is an award-winning audio documentary maker with a strong background in news journalism and current affairs. They earned a First Class Honours degree in Journalism and a BA in English Literature from Glasgow University before beginning their career as a newspaper journalist. After successfully securing a position in the BBC's Journalism Trainee Scheme in 2008, Caitlin developed their skills in the Radio Current Affairs Department and has since served as a Broadcast Journalist and Audio Producer. Currently, as a Senior Producer, they work on various acclaimed projects, including "In Dark Corners" on BBC Radio 4.
