Chris Kidd

Chris Kidd is an experienced Producer and Director with a robust background in wildlife filmmaking and digital content production, currently working at the BBC since January 2015. Key roles include Producer Director for the Americas, Producer for BBC Two's 'Animals With Cameras 2', and various other positions in acclaimed series like 'Blue Planet 2' and 'Planet Earth 2'. Previous experience includes festival media management for the Aardman Slapstick Comedy Festival and contributions as a camera operator and editor for multiple projects. Education includes a Master's Degree in Wildlife Filmmaking and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Biology from the University of the West of England.
