Chris Parker has significant experience in editorial standards and compliance within prominent media organizations. Most recently, Chris served as Vice-President of Editorial Standards at BBC America from March 2015 to October 2015, focusing on BBC Editorial Policy and Standards during a critical phase of the company's joint venture with AMC Networks. Prior to this, Chris held the position of Head of Editorial Standards & Compliance in Content Marketing at BBC, providing consultancy on regulatory compliance and editorial risk management. Additional roles include Head of Planning & Operations for Marketing & Communications at BBC Vision and Head of Press & Public Relations at BBC Bristol. Chris holds a degree in Journalism from South Glamorgan Institute of Higher Education.
