Dan Ramsden

Dan Ramsden is a seasoned Creative Director at BBC, leading multidisciplinary design teams since August 2012. With a strong foundation in user experience architecture, Ramsden was instrumental in establishing several design disciplines within the organization, including UX Architecture and Content Design. Recognized for building a global reputation in information architecture, Ramsden has contributed to strategic projects focused on metadata and content discovery. Additionally, Ramsden has co-chaired The IA Conference and served as an associate lecturer at Manchester Metropolitan University. A reflective leader with a background in marketing and management within the arts, Ramsden holds a Master's degree in Business and Strategic Leadership from Cranfield University, along with advanced degrees in Cultural Policy and Management and English Literature and Philosophy from other esteemed institutions.
