Emma Collingridge

Emma Collingridge is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in agile coaching and delivery management. Currently serving as Head of Agile Skills Practice at BBC since July 2022, Emma has previously held significant roles such as Head of Agile Coaching at the Department for Work and Pensions, and Head of Practice Delivery Management at BPDTS LIMITED, where contributions included developing capability frameworks and managing a large delivery community. Emma's career also includes over 15 years at Stockport Council, leading multiple digital transformation programs and service design initiatives, complemented by earlier consulting roles at Strategic Leisure. Emma holds a first-class BA in Management from The University of Manchester and a Masters of Research in Policy Research from the University of Bristol.
