Emma Porteous

Emma Porteous is the Head of Executive Talent Acquisition at the BBC, where they lead talent acquisition strategies. With over 10 years of experience in global executive search firms and in-house roles within FTSE 100 companies, Emma has a strong focus on business transformation and diversity. Previously, they served as Group Head of Executive Resourcing & Development at Royal Mail, where they significantly enhanced service delivery and championed internal succession planning. Emma also held interim leadership roles at Save the Children UK and The Co-operative Group, where they developed innovative frameworks for executive recruitment and talent management. Emma is currently continuing their education at the University of the West of Scotland.
