Esha Dasgupta is an experienced employment lawyer with a career spanning over two decades. Esha began as a trainee solicitor and associate at Norton Rose LLP from January 2003 to January 2012, before taking on a secondee role at The Boston Consulting Group from October 2008 to September 2009. Since January 2012, Esha has been serving as an employment lawyer at the BBC. Esha holds a BA in Law (2.1) from Trinity Hall, Cambridge University, obtained between 1998 and 2001, and completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School in 2002.
