Esther Springer

Esther Springer is a Creative Director at Creators Inc. since 2022, with extensive experience in the television industry. Previously, they served as a Drama Development Executive at ITV from 1997 to 2003, and have held dual roles as an Executive Producer and Head of Development at BBC since 2003. Esther also works as an Executive Producer at BBC Studios. Their education includes a Foundation Art in Fine Art from Wimbledon School of Art and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Film and Photography with 1st Class Honours from Middlesex University.
