Frances Longley is an accomplished leader in the field of international development and women's health, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics) since July 2023. Frances has held significant positions including Chief Executive at ActionAid UK, where strategic cultural and structural challenges were addressed, and Executive Director of Programmes and Policy at CARE International UK, providing strategic leadership across multiple platforms.
