Gareth Roberts is a senior leader with three decades of experience in both public service and commercial media, currently serving as the Editor for BBC Coventry & Warwickshire and Head of Local Radio Development. Gareth holds an MSc in Business and Strategic Leadership and a Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship with Distinction. Throughout their career, Gareth has demonstrated expertise in strategy development, change management, and coaching, leading various teams at the BBC and other major media companies. Currently, they are furthering their education with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from Queen Mary University of London.
