Gareth Smith

Gareth Smith is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 30 years of experience in Mental Health and 20 years in the Television Industry. Currently, Gareth serves as a mental health advisor on high-profile shows, including "RuPaul’s Drag Race UK" and "Married at First Sight UK." Previously, Gareth held a substantive post as a consultant psychiatrist with NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde and worked extensively as a locum across various teams and wards. Gareth graduated with a MBChB in Medicine from the University of Aberdeen and continues to study at the Nicolson Institute.
