Gerard Baker is a seasoned professional in the culinary and media sectors with extensive experience in food writing, broadcasting, and expedition leadership. Currently serving as a Discovery Leader at Scenic - Luxury Cruises & Tours and a History Specialist at Lindblad Expeditions, Baker has authored books for the Great British Bake Off and contributes to BBC Good Food Magazine with a column titled "Gerard's Country Kitchen." As a food programme journalist and documentary maker for BBC, along with ownership of JGB Media, Baker focuses on food and farming-related content and is currently re-writing the 150th anniversary edition of Mrs Beeton.
