Harinder Kalsi

Harinder Kalsi, a seasoned Human Resources professional, has been with the BBC since December 2015, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist, specializing in project management and change management for system implementations. Previous roles at the BBC include HR Business Partner - Projects and Senior HR Advisor, focusing on organizational structures. Prior to the BBC, Kalsi worked at Serco as HR Advisor - Systems and Transformation Lead, where responsibilities included delivering HR processes and training managers on effective system usage.
