Heba Y. is a global HR leader with over 20 years of international HR experience spanning 70 countries across EMEA, the Americas, and Asia. With in-depth knowledge of local employment laws, Heba has developed HR operating models and strategies that respect organizational ethos and cultural uniqueness. They have led complex Terms and Conditions and Organization Design projects while coaching senior managers to enhance their leadership capabilities. Most recently, Heba served as an International HR Business Partner at the BBC, where they led the HR delivery of the new operating model across over 30 countries.
