James Clegg

James Clegg currently serves as Assistant Head Teacher and Head of the Mathematics Department at The Kimberley School, effective September 2012. In this role, James oversees the Mathematics department's operations, managing Key Stage Managers and a Lead Practitioner. Additionally, James teaches Mathematics and serves as the Learning for Life Coordinator, focusing on PSHCE, Citizenship, and Careers education. Since July 2009, James has also been a Radio Producer at BBC, where responsibilities include editing audio packages, running events, creating social media content, and co-presenting the BBC Introducing New Music Programme. From April 2021 to September 2022, James held the position of Director of Mathematics at East Midlands Education Trust. James holds a Post Graduate Certificate in Secondary Education (Mathematics) from the University of Nottingham and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from the University of Leeds.
