Jayne Drake

Jayne Drake is the Principal Service Manager at BBC, where they have been since 2019. With a strong background as an ICT Manager in large-scale media and government organizations, Jayne has demonstrated expertise in IT Service Management, leading Business Analysis teams, major project management, and strategy development. They earned a First Class Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Business Leadership and Computing from The Open University and hold multiple ISEB, ITIL, and BCS qualifications, along with CHAMP accreditation. Previously, Jayne has held roles at Defra and the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, among others.
