Jess Watts is currently an HR Business Partner and Project Lead at the BBC, where they lead a work package across a pan BBC program to review the organization’s extended workforce operating model. With a wealth of experience in television production, Jess has worked in various roles, including casting producer and researcher, producing unscripted programming for notable companies such as Voltage TV Productions, Endemol Shine UK, and Channel 4. They hold a BA (Hons) in Journalism from the University of Central Lancashire and are pursuing a BSc (Hons) at the University of Cumbria from 2024 to 2027.
