Jim Ingham is an accomplished academic and media producer with extensive experience in higher education and broadcasting. Currently serving as Deputy Associate Dean at the University of Central Lancashire since September 2002, Jim leads initiatives in quality and academic development and acts as a course link tutor for various partner colleges while also fulfilling the role of Research Degree Tutor. Concurrently, Jim has been a producer for "On the Wire" at BBC Radio Lancashire since May 2002, co-hosting the show during Steve Barker's absence. Prior experience includes teaching Geography and History at Mount Carmel RC High School and a lecturer position in the Department of Cultural Studies at the University of East London. Jim holds a Ph.D. in Sound Worlds and Everyday Space, an MPhil in Aural Geographies, and a Bachelor's Degree in Geography, all from esteemed institutions, including the University of Leeds.
