Kim Collins

Kim Collins serves as the Global Head of Safeguarding at the BBC, a position held since 2022. With over 20 years of experience, they previously worked as the Group Head of Safeguarding and Compliance at SCL Education Group from 2019 to 2022. Prior to that, Kim was an Assistant Headteacher at Marriotts School, where they focused on attendance, alternative provision, safeguarding, and sporting partnerships from 2017 to 2019. Additionally, Kim held the position of Head of Operations at CHILD UK Community Interest Company from 2016 to 2017. They are currently pursuing qualifications in mental health and risk management.
