Kristian Walker

Kristian Walker is currently a Senior Sustainability Manager at BBC, drawing on a solid foundation in physical geography from The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science with a focus on environmental interactions and human impacts. They have conducted extensive research, including a dissertation on the climate impacts of aviation CO2 by 2100, and contributed to publications during their time as a Research Assistant at the Centre of Aviation Transport and the Environment. Kristian has also held roles as an Energy Analyst and Environmental Consultant, where they specialized in climate change agreements, carbon emissions management, and energy reduction strategies. They are pursuing further education in Environmental Management and Sustainable Development as a part-time postgraduate student.
