Lara Monday is an experienced Service Designer and Design Researcher with a strong background in digital transformations and customer experience design. At EY Seren, Lara focused on information architecture, customer journey mapping, and research within the Financial Services and Transport sectors. Previous roles include a Design Intern at Opera Software, where tasks involved creating promotional images and assisting in rebranding efforts, and an Industrial Design Intern at MakeReign. Currently, Lara is contributing to the Emerging Experiences and Systems and Service Design team at BBC, conducting research on new technologies and their potential applications. Lara holds a Foundation Diploma in Art and Design and a Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design from the University of the Arts London, as well as a Master of Science in Cyberpsychology from Dún Laoghaire Institute of Art, Design and Technology.
