Lauren Eriser

Lauren Eriser has extensive experience in audience research and digital media, currently serving as the Head of Youth Audience Research at BBC since February 2016. Notable achievements include the development of the BBC's first social media measurement framework, enhancing data consistency and informing strategic decisions across social media platforms. Prior to this role, Lauren worked at Google as a Research/Insights Manager, significantly increasing revenue through collaboration and stakeholder engagement. Earlier positions include the Head of UK Account Management at Specific Media, where Lauren led a team to achieve 100% employee retention and significantly grow client revenue, and a Digital Media Planner/Strategist at OMD UK, managing campaigns for high-profile clients with substantial budgets. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism and Advertising from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
