Lucy Alphonse

Lucy Alphonse is the Head of Audio Strategy at the BBC, where they think across radio, music, and podcasts. They previously held the position of Head of Strategy for Nations, overseeing projects in various media across the UK. Lucy's background includes experience as a strategy consultant, with roles that took them to Paris, Zurich, and other European cities. Currently, they serve as a Trustee and Director at Sound Minds, a charity dedicated to using the arts to support individuals facing serious mental health challenges. Lucy holds a BA (Hons) and Master of Arts in History from the University of Cambridge.
