Lucy O'Briain

Lucy O'Briain has a diverse background in the media and music industries, beginning as a Music Studio Assistant at Greystoke Studio from April 2016 to August 2018. Following this, Lucy served as a Team Leader at Delaware North from August 2018 to September 2019. Lucy furthered professional development at the BBC from September 2019 to July 2021, initially as a Broadcast Operator Trainee and later as an Assistant Producer through the 80/20 attachment scheme, focusing on projects that support emerging talent in music. Lucy also held positions as a Multi-Skilled Technical Operator and Production Specialist during this time. Educational qualifications include a High School diploma from Maynooth Post Primary and a Distinction in a BBC Apprenticeship in Broadcast and Media Systems Technical Operation.
